FL Studio

Tomtanium on FL Studio

So i was effing around on Facecrack when i noticed a friend of mine posted something in regards to FL Studio. Its a pretty ill music making program, and its essentially a killer keyboard setup, drum machine, sampler and mixer all rolled into one tight unit.

FL Studio, formerly known as FruityLoops, is a fully featured, open-architecture music creation and production environment for PC. No extra software is required to produce any style of music, as the complete set of instrument and studio tools is included in the cost of the package. With the included plugins, sounds and tools the user can create complete songs, as well as backing tracks, loops and sizzling beats

Ive been messing around with it and am starting to understand it more and more. Its great for people who want to make electronic, trip hop hip hop type beats, but am fairly impressed with the drums and reckon you could make music via importing tracks and sampling.

Dusty from Abstract Element was interested in this program. You can download a free sample from http://download.cnet.com/FL-Studio/3000-2170_4-10030774.html, its only the demo version so its limited and you cant save songs you make. Boo.

As with anything in this world, im sure you could download a cracked version somewhere in internet land, but here at Rossland radio, we dont promote piracy, unless you're Somalian.
